Wyndham Great Smokies Lodge has internet connection to use free of charge in our activities center located in the North building lower lobby level. There is wireless for your personal laptop or high speed computers for your convenience. All Resort condos have a data port so you can dial up. (Note: phones charges may apply to in room dial up)

We do offer cribs for children as a courtesy to our guests. Please make sure to have the request noted on your reservation and check with our front desk at check in, as we are not able to guarantee availability in advance.
Is parking free? How many cars can I have?
Upon check in you will be issued one free parking permit per reservation to access our complimentary guest parking in our gated garage. Additional parking can be accessed across the street for a minimal fee.
If I have an emergency, can I cancel?
Because we have different seasons, holidays and special events times, our deposit and cancellation policies do vary. Please do read our policies prior to making your reservation.
